How does a virtual consultation work without physically seeing the property?
The Designers Eye consultation works incredibly well virtually! You will receive a detailed questionnaire before our consultation which asks for photos of your space, floor plans etc (you can also send a walk through video of the room as this helps me visualise the space further) so I have a really good idea of what the room currently looks like before we have the consultation. Also if you do have the old rightmove link or estate agents brochure then this allows me to see the whole house to allow for cohesion and understanding of style and architecture of the property. Along with the details of the questionnaire, photos of the current space and any inspirational images, I have the chance to prepare thoroughly with some ideas or advice before we have the zoom meeting together. During the call, I ask if it is possible for a virtual quick tour of your space together and then talk about anything I have looked at in your responses or questions and offer design ideas and suggestions. Afterwards, you will receive a follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed giving you a good understanding of the direction you can head in with your space.
